Elm Grove

The existing house was completely reconfigured and upgraded to meet current energy requirements (NZEB). Full landscaping works included electric vehicular gates. The entire house was externally insulated. The exterior is finished in a combination of smooth white render, stack bond bricks and natural red cedar cladding.
