HOUSE7 architects have extensive residential experience throughout Ireland ranging in both scale and complexity. Our projects typically include renovations, extensions, energy upgrades right through to one off house design.
We can assist you in finding a good reliable builder and provide quality control over the build, helping you to complete your project efficiently and manage the budget. When the contractor is selected, we administer an RIAI building contract to provide added protection for the client. How much or how little you commission an architect is up to you – from coming up with an initial design to seeing the project through to completion.
A home is likely to be your most valuable asset and the process of designing, building or extending it is likely to be a daunting experience. Unless your project is very simple it makes sense to consult with an registered architect for advice before you get going. We can propose solutions and develop your brief into a design that reflects your aspirations.
