Extension and full refurbishment of a detached house, Stillorgan, County Dublin.

The extension included a large kitchen / dining area with externally accessed boiler room. A large roof light is located in the centre of the plan to create a light filled space. The new sliding screen is floor to ceiling. The roof parapet is clad in zinc and the new wall sections are finished in a combination of smooth white render and natural red cedar cladding.
