Extension, refurbishment and internal alterations to  “Villa Style” house in Sandymount, Dublin 4.

This project involved extension, full refurbishment and internal alterations to an existing terraced Victorian “villa style” house. An internal courtyard was created to provide private open space. The new ground floor living space accommodates a new living and dining area. The new first floor extension is canter-levered to one side which allowed the projected length from the existing house to be kept to a minimum and also to avoid any loss of light to adjoining properties.
