Extension and internal alterations to an existing bungalow house, Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7.

A full refurbishment and a new extension which includes kitchen, dining and tv area. Natural light was very important and half of the ceiling is raised to allow for a high level roof light. The materials chosen were very simple consisting of zinc, stack bond bricks and a smooth white render. The patio is composite decking with raised planters to the rear garden to divide the garden space.
