Refurbishment and internal alterations to an existing "villa style" house, North Strand, Dublin 3.

Prior to extending there was a limited poor connection to the rear through existing small dark rooms. The clients brief was to improve the connection to the rear by creating a large bright open-plan kitchen to include a new bathroom. This extension was finished in ibstock blue glazed engineering bricks.
